Menu Planning
Chef Mike Kueppers will coordinate your menu and offer a variety of choices and variations. Arrangements can be made in person at Blue Sky or via cell phone (612.910.3914) or emailing Mike.
Prices
Mike Kueppers will confirm all prices when the menu is finalized.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Gratuity/Taxes
A service gratuity of 15% will be added to all catering events that are presented on one bill. If multiple bills are presented, a gratuity will not be added. 6.87% will be added for taxes.
